– 7 April 2016 : Photo exhibition of the Election Observation Mission in Burkina Faso at the headquarters of the European Union – External Action, Brussels – Belgium

About fifteen of my photographs taken during the Electoral Observation Mission of European Union in Burkina Faso for the legislative and presidential elections of October 29, 2015 has been exhibited for 1 month at the headquarters of the EEAS in Brussels. The opening took place in the presence of the Head of the Electoral Observation Mission, Mrs. Cécile Kyenge.

– 20 June 2015 : Exhibition of a series of portraits in collaboration with UNHCR in Nyarugusu refugee camp – Tanzania

Series of portraits taken in Nyarugusu refugee camp where, at the time of the project, lived ~ 50,000 Congolese and ~ 60,000 Burundians who had just arrived following the political crisis in Burundi.

– 29 April > 3 Mai 2015 : Exhibition of a portrait on the “Voyageur Photographer’s Exhibition” stand at the Book and Press Fair at Palexpo, Geneva – Switzerland and during the months of May & June at Geneva International Airport

This portrait taken in Pampa, Burkina Faso in November 2013 during a wedding was selected in the 6 best portraits among 450 others in the competition of www.photographe-voyageur.com.

– 11 > 18 April 2015 : Exhibition on the popular uprising in Burkina Faso at Villa Kaya, Ouagadougou – Burkina Faso

The photographs tell the highlights of this burkinabè revolution, the second after it by Thomas Sankara. They take us to the heart of the referendum challenges which wanted to modify the country’s constitution to allow the re-election of President Blaise Compaoré.

It is an immersion with the protagonists during clashes, the sacking of symbolic places of power, the immeasurable joy of a people chasing their dream: to establish a real democracy
