About fifteen of my photographs taken during the Electoral Observation Mission of European Union in Burkina Faso for the legislative and presidential elections of October 29, 2015 has been exhibited for 1 month at the headquarters of the EEAS in Brussels. The opening took place in the presence of the Head of the Electoral Observation Mission, Mrs. Cécile Kyenge.
– 20 June 2015 : Exhibition of a series of portraits in collaboration with UNHCR in Nyarugusu refugee camp – Tanzania
Series of portraits taken in Nyarugusu refugee camp where, at the time of the project, lived ~ 50,000 Congolese and ~ 60,000 Burundians who had just arrived following the political crisis in Burundi.

The photographs tell the highlights of this burkinabè revolution, the second after it by Thomas Sankara. They take us to the heart of the referendum challenges which wanted to modify the country’s constitution to allow the re-election of President Blaise Compaoré.
It is an immersion with the protagonists during clashes, the sacking of symbolic places of power, the immeasurable joy of a people chasing their dream: to establish a real democracy
