Through this reportage, I wanted to describe in pictures the major stages which have led Burkina Faso on the road to democracy and which have elevated it to the status of an example for Africa.
From the popular uprising of 30 and 31 October 2014 which brought to power a transitional regime coupled the elections of 29 November 2015 saw Roch Marc Christian Kaboré take the reins of power without forgetting the failed coup of General Diendéré, the year was challenging for burkinabè people looking for a change at the head of the country after 27 years of unchallenged power from Blaise Compaoré regime.
